By using Trade Pattern Alerts, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following: Use Trade Pattern Alerts at your own risk. When used with proper training they can be a useful tool to help you identify key setups and movements in the market. You should test and prove a Trade Pattern Alert before employing them with your own trading strategy. Trade Pattern Alerts are not trading advice, and you should not rely solely on them for your trade decisions. Seek professional advice on how to properly account for risk and execute trades with your broker.

Notifications

By providing your email and/or mobile phone number to TradePatternAlert.com you agree to receive alert notifications. TradePatternAlert.com is not responsible for any charges that your mobile phone carrier may assess for text messaging. You can remove text notifications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message. You can remove email notifications at any time by utilizing the “Unsubscribe” button listed in the emails. TradePatternAlert.com

cannot guarantee that notifications will be delivered to your email or mobile phone due to possible email or mobile phone provider restrictions. Contact your provider to remove any restrictions.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Trader must execute a minimum of 10 trades related to the Trade Pattern Alerts received by trader. Trader must request a refund prior to subscription renewal at the 30 day mark. The maximum refund will be the initial subscription payment of $99. Refund does not include dollars traded. If a refund is requested all subscriptions will be terminated. Only one refund will be offered per customer.

Subscription Agreement

Subscribers agree to pay a monthly subscription fee. You authorize us to charge your credit card or debit your bank account for the monthly subscription fee every 30 days unless you cancel prior to the subscription renewing.

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your paid subscription with us, simply send an email to [email protected] and request cancellation before the time of your expiration. You have full control over your subscription. However, monthly subscription fees which have been charged to your credit card in the past will not be refunded to you, in whole or in part unless they are part of the original “30 day money back guarantee”.
